Event log is above. Please help. When VG answers the call I still hear the ringing on the phone make the call. What should I do.

As you had the same problem here: http://voiceguide.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=3512 then maybe the fault is with the phone line?

 

Can you try using another phone line?
