When a caller dials into the system and the recording asks for a prompt (enter in numbers), it only recognizes half of the numbers entered in. i.e. 1,4,5,7,0 but no others. cpetrou@hawkfunding.com Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/18/2003 11:04 PM In these cases it is either: A. the modem does not recognise some DTMF tones well. or B. the phone handset you use does not generate them well. Can you please try using another handset to make the calls, and if that still does not work then it you will need to try using another modem... Share this post Link to post
