Now i remove de call forwording number and i deleted the message. I don't wont to reinstall how do i reset the call forwording? Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/19/2005 10:54 PM I assume that you removed the phone number using the Voicemail Manager? The new settings are saved when you exit VM Manager - did you exit it before testing the forwarding? If this happens in future please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what happened. When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call. You can enable the automatic saving of the logs to files in \log\ directory as well. When posting traces please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments. Share this post Link to post
