SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/19/2005 10:56 PM Many voice modems detect busy tones in middle of tplaying sound files. Does the hangup occur while a soundfile is played? Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures this, this will allow us to see what happened. When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call. You can enable the automatic saving of the logs to files in \log\ directory as well. When posting traces please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments. Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/20/2005 08:28 PM Trace shows that the program you called from module [Trace - Sauvegarder output file] appeared to be calling COM function Run_ResultReturn - but you have not set the script to wait for any responses/results from the called program - and when the Run_ResultReturn was returned later on there was no path which matched the returned response so system hung up the call...
