Dan Clements Report post Posted 06/18/2003 09:29 PM I just noticed that my call log file quit recording info. It shows only a <,> after the date and time field. SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/18/2003 11:00 PM Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures an incoming call, and the log file (.vgl) as it is after the call which has been captured in the trace completes. (When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.) Share this post Link to post
