is there any way to increase the voice with dialogic board that people can hear each other better?

Only when playing back files.

 

But I think you are referring to the volumes heard by two callers when they are 'cross-connected' and talking to one another.

 

There is no way to increase those volumes - whatever is the volume of the sound arriving in one line will be the volume of the sound played to the second caller.
