One of the differences between the professional and enterprise editions is the enterpirse edition allows subscripts.

 

What do you mean by subscripts?

I got little confused with subscripts .. so If I have an annouced call transfer that dials on another line and play a separate script to annouce the transfer.. is that considered a subscript? Thus requiring the enterprise version .... Thanks.

VoiceGuide does not play a script to announce the transfer - it uses a sound file to announce the transfer.

What I meant was if during Script A, the dial module is used to dial on another line, there is a field in that module that asks for what script to play once the number is dialed. Is that then considered as subscript?
