SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/30/2005 11:38 PM 'Subscripts' means jumping to other scripts midway through call. See bottom of this page: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/html/Paths.htm Share this post Link to post
Guest kparkk Report post Posted 01/10/2006 03:52 AM I got little confused with subscripts .. so If I have an annouced call transfer that dials on another line and play a separate script to annouce the transfer.. is that considered a subscript? Thus requiring the enterprise version .... Thanks. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/10/2006 05:15 AM play a separate script to annouce the transfer VoiceGuide does not play a script to announce the transfer - it uses a sound file to announce the transfer. Share this post Link to post
Guest kparkk Report post Posted 01/10/2006 06:30 PM What I meant was if during Script A, the dial module is used to dial on another line, there is a field in that module that asks for what script to play once the number is dialed. Is that then considered as subscript? Share this post Link to post
