When I load a number into the loader and set it to use the script, it calls the number and executes the script with no problems. When everything is finished the loader calls the same number again. I have set the call retries to zero but makes no difference. What do you think the problem might be? Share this post Link to post

And if the number of retries is set to 0 then no redialing would be made regardless of when the call has been answered or not. Maybe there are some old calls still loaded into the database? Which version of VG are you using? Try deleting the OutDial database and then starting the Number Loader again and just loading one number in and see how it behaves.
