Guest RobG Report post Posted 01/10/2006 06:09 PM Here is a description of the script flow leading to the problem. Using Single Line Professional with Outgoing Dialer. VG version 6.0.2378 (problem also showed up in 6.0.2275 (Dialogic patch). Windows XP Pro with all current updates. Flow: (VG is active and the Event Trace Log window is open) 1. Script is called. 2. Greeting plays. 3. Press option 3 (plays a sound file and prompts caller to leave a message). 4. Press 1 to call the Voicemail box associated with option 3. 5. Voice message is left. (scrolling back on the Event Trace Log shows that all data is logged to this point) 6. Voicemail system says to press 0 when finished. I press 0. (at this point, the front end of the Event Trace Log is lopped off, gone, nowhere to be seen...) 7. Script continues and logging continues. I am providing you with a trace showning this behavior. It has some of my comments througout, and in the middle of the trace you will find this comment: ************** The section above is what I captured while I was leaving a Voicemail message ************** The section below is what I captured after I pressed 0. There is some overlap ************** because pressing 0 does not remove All the trace data that came before, just the ************** front part of it. I hope this helps. Thank you. Rob G. Oh, yeah. I assume this is abnormal behavior and I am hoping you can help me get complete Event Trace Logs (what I assume to be normal behavior). Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/10/2006 09:39 PM The trace window only shows last 20K-30K of trace or thereabouts... Entire trace is captured in MMDDvgm.txt and MMDDtw.txt log files in VG's \data\ subdirectory. Share this post Link to post
