I've noticed that sometimes when the caller presses a number on his phone, it doesn't register with Voice Guide. Is this because of the VoIP, the voice modem, or something else? SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/12/2006 11:37 PM It's the voice modem (Unless your line quality deteriorates occasionally). Get a Dialogic card and you won't have problems like that. There are no issues with using Vonage etc. lines. Share this post Link to post
