Guest Rajeev Report post Posted 06/20/2003 09:06 PM Hi, I want to know, 1) Is this software limited to only MS Access or it can also connect to SQL Data Base also. 2) Do I need to have some kind of PBX for this system to work or I can directly terminte the PSTN calls on to the dialogic cards and the sytem takes care of the rest of it. 3) What kind of reporting capability does this system has. 4) If I buy the software who is going to insatll the software and how will the support work in case of problem. What kind of reporting capability does this system has The log file contains most of the data relating to the call and what transpired using it. There are XML and comma delimited versions of the log file generated to allow easy importing of this data into other applications such as Crystal Reports or Excel. You can also use "DB Query" or "Run Program" modules within the script to save selected information into your own files, creating customized reports.
