Min Message Length

Using VG For DIalogic

 

 

When I change the setting for the minimum message length in the voicemail manager to be 10 secs, and press "Save & Exit", then reopen, the new setting is not taking effect, it always shows minimum message length equal 0.

 

Even by modifying the vmboxlist.xml to have min message length = 10 secs, I still get a 0 secs in the voicemail manager .... What is happening? and how to fix this issue? Thanks.

After setting the min and max values press the "Reset all Voicemail boxes to this setting" button.

 

The values for min/max lengths for all voicemilboxes listed in VmBoxList.xml will be reset accordingly.
