Do you have a document or a web site that describes the standards for using menu point instructions, words and key names and functions?

I mean the instructions and procedure the caller will listen to and follow.

For example, how to use * in a way that people got used to. Or which word is the generally accepted one eg. "key in", "enter", "press". Or when to ask the caller to press # and how to call it (pound ket, hash key).
