Copy And Paste A Module

I need to create few similar modules (with only few differences in the variable names in the script inside the module). Can I copy a module and paste it? Thanks.

Yes, there is Copy and Paste functionality available.

My my my... how come I didn't know that? I just thought that if copy/paste functionality is available then it should be on the "right click" list. So I just do a right click and I don't see any Copy/Paste on the menu.
