Zoltan Report post Posted 01/30/2006 06:50 AM Some people send you the event trace information like this example below: 234209.75 1 event callstate OFFERING 1 2,0,0 234209.80 1 script interpretor: VgMulti v6.0.2378 234209.85 1 fired OFFERING event to listeners etc. Where and how is it created? What are the numbers at the beginning? Now, what I have is an excel file, a .vgl and an xml document for each script to check what happened. A call usually uses several script, so it is inconvinient to go through each of them to find a problem. I would like to see all the call information together - all information of each call after one other. How can I do that? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/30/2006 09:00 PM When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call. You can enable the automatic saving of the logs to files in \log\ directory as well. When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachements. Share this post Link to post
