Guest dsims Report post Posted 02/02/2006 03:12 PM Will a newer Dialogic digital card work with the VoiceGuide Software? I'm thinking maybe a D/42JCT-U connecting back to an Avaya PBX system...? I'm currently running the D/41JCT-LS card for proof of concept work, but for production, it must connect back to the Avaya system for VoIP use. Any ideas? Thanks in adavance... SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/02/2006 09:21 PM It will work. We have sites using D/42JCT and D/82JCT cards. VoiceGuide works with all current Dialogic cards and we'll continue to include support for any new cards released by Intel/Dialogic. Share this post Link to post
