We would like to use the VG software to setup an info line, a 4 line ivr We are currently in discussion on if we should use a stand alone pc for VG, or if we can use VG with our existing machine. We have limited space in our office and would like to avoid having another box. Our machine has a dual core processor and a lot of ram. Should VG be used exclusivly on it's own machine, or is it possible to use VG with other software running along with it? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/06/2006 03:40 AM There is no reason why you cannot run other software on the machine at the same time - as long as it does not interfere with VoiceGuide's operation... Things to look out for are the other software's tendency to grab all CPU usage or taking up all the memory... Guess the only way is to try it and see... Share this post Link to post
