Guest David Report post Posted 02/08/2006 02:39 AM Voiceguide was working fine until I decided to reinstall windows. I just reinstalled windows XP Pro on my Voiceguide computer. I then installed "SoftwareRelease5.1.1" and "FeaturePack for SR5.1.1". Using the device manager, I uninstalled the dialogic device listed under "PCI devices" and I restarted the machine. (The model number [in the device manager] for the dialogic device was incorrect). After restarting, the New Hardware wizard came up. I followed the voiceguide directions for "Installing PCI Dialogic Card". I followed the voiceguide directions for "Installing Dialogic TAPI driver" and "Installing Dialogic Wave driver - Windows XP" When I ran voiceguide, it said "Wave driver not installed". So, I uninstalled and reinstalled the wave driver several times, follwing the directions in "Wave driver problem solving (reinstallation)". ...BUT IT STILL SAYS "Wave driver not installed"! Please help. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/08/2006 02:44 AM If you are using Dialogic card then there is no need to install Wave drivers. Just use "VG for Dialogic" - that version does not require wave drivers. If you definitely want to use Wave drivers then try just using SR5.1.1 - and not installing FP1. Share this post Link to post
