When calls are answered, either by AM or human, I can control tracking via the script. I've started an app to monitor file changes for the log files and then convert to an access db, but if theres an easier way or its already been done, then I didnt want to reinvent the wheel so to speak. Result Variables relating to the call just made may be used as part of the command or VB Script (this includes Result Variables which will indicate if there are any redial retries left for this telephone number).
