dsims Report post Posted 02/09/2006 07:06 PM Has anyone had any problems with the Intel Dialogic DM V960A-4T1 card? Has anyone even used this card? My company is planning on implementing VoiceGuide as a solution, but before we do, management wants to know if this card specifically will work and also if there are any "known" issues involved, either with setup or implementation. SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/09/2006 09:20 PM The DMV960A card is supported and will work with VoiceGuide. The current version of that card is the DMV1200B - so our official recommendation would be you purchase the DMV1200B instead if possible. The DMV1200B also has 4 ports which can be used was either T1 or E1 ports, and the DMV1200B is better supported by Intel with a wider range of 'Media Loads' and protocols and it also has more resources on it making it usable for Speech Recognition applications in the future.
