Levring Error

We moved our phone server (physically) to a new location in the same office. It worked fine before. Now we get this in the call trace: I can't recall anything we did different.

Sounds like VoiceGuide cannot find the script file it should be running when call is answered...

 

Haven't seen this on before (and a search of this forum for "TW_LevRing_Error" did not produce anything). Please try running the VoiceGuide Config Wizard to set which script VoiceGuide should be using, and if that does not help please try re-installing VoiceGuide.
