Delay Between Outbound Calls

Is it possible to create a delay of a few seconds between the end of a call and the start of the succesive call in the CallQue?

There is some delay right now before end on one call and start of another - it's a bit over a second and is a standard delay that most companies like to see between end of one call and start of another call on the line.

 

This delay is not user-adjustable at this stage as there was never a need to make it user-adjustable.

 

What sort of a delay would you like between calls?
