SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/21/2006 09:40 PM The OutDial_New.xml file has an "Answer Timeout" setting. You can try using that setting to see if it affects anything. For better control of outgoing calls you should look at getting a Dialogic card and using "VG for Dialogic". Share this post Link to post
dcodof Report post Posted 02/22/2006 10:23 PM I've tried that and it didn't work. The software still plays the message 10 times. It seems that VG doesn't follow this setting... Btw, the minimum timeout I could successfully enter was 10 (checking on the database entry). If I use "9" or "09" or less, the database is still filled with "10". Any other suggestion? SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/22/2006 11:19 PM Looks like you can change the number of times the announce message is played using the AnnReplay entry in the [VGDialer] section of the VG.INI file. eg. Adding this line to the [VGDialer] section: AnnReplay=5 should result in the announcement only being played 5 times. Share this post Link to post
