Poor Quility Using Record_start

I am using the Record_Start in vbScript to record a callers voice and it sounds very poor quality. It sounds very staticy and scratchy. Is there a way to specify the resolution in which to record?

The record quality should be the same as when using a "Record" module.

 

There is only one default sound quality used. It cannot be changed.
