bwenzel@cleartel.com Report post Posted 02/22/2006 09:35 PM Looks like its an issue with the dialout transfer. I am trying to connect the caller to a representitave. When using this i use a 4 digit extension number. It will use another line to dial out of and connect. Then suddenly the script will play on the line it dialed out of. Is there any way to dial the 4 digit ext and and immediately hang up? Is that what the hookflash is for? These are digital T1 lines. Share this post Link to post
