How To Use Skutch As-4a Call Simulator

I got a Skutch telephone line simulator delivered yesterday, but unfortunately, I was unable to get it to work with the sample scripts.

 

I am using an Agere system AC 97 voice modem, but when I started a script, I got a LINEERR_INVALMEDIAMODE on the Agere System line Device, while the H323 line device just displayed "intitializing"

 

I am able to ring the phone by pushing the button on the Skutch line simulator, but I could not get any other response from the scripts.

 

I really do not know what I am doing wrong, but will appreciate some help.

Looks like the modem's voice functionality is not enabled or not accessible through the TAPI drivers which are right now installed for it...

 

You should probably just look at getting a Dialogic card.
