No System Identifier For Dialogic Cards

I downloaded the eval version V5.2.5012a. I have 2 D/4PCIU cards, windows XPsp2.

 

I read a previous thread where the Admin asked for a screen shot but I don't know how to add it to this topic entry. Why do you think I can't see the USIs for the cards?

Is the Dialogic service started?

ie. can you see the card in the Dialogic DCM and is the service light green?

 

Btw. You really should be using "VoiceGuide for Dialogic", not v5.x

Yep. The service is started and running-green lights on both cards. The registration screen is just showing the hard disk USI.

 

Yea, I know you guys want us to use the VG-D, but I've been tinkering with it for a few days now and after having some trouble with the call transfer, I decided to just try the normal version. --So I tested it and it does the 3 way call like I want. Before I was having problems with it [not] hanging up after both callers hung up, and also clicking over.

 

I also didn't feel like going back and re-doing my voice files. But if you really insist on the patch, i might just try it again. But I wanna try the regular version first. The sound seemed good enough to me without the patch.
