Not Rining On An Incoming Call

Hi,

I am using voice modem and voice guide version 5.2 . my voiceguide is making outgoing call but not rining to an incoming call .what can be the problem

please help me

It's the modem that is supposed to report incoming calls to VG.

 

Check that no other software is using the modem at the same time, and that you are dialing the correct number.
