Continuing Error Message

I have just installed VG for Dialogic patch v. 6.0.3071. I am constantly getting this message in the xxxxxxvgm log:

If it is looking for data in the Outdial file, it is empty. Any ideas ??

Do this:

 

1. Stop VG

2. Delete the file OutDial.mdb from VG's \Data\ subdirectory.

3. Restart VG.

 

The OutDial.mdb will be recreated in the new format and the errors will no longer occur.
