Transfer W/dialogic

When I try to transfer a call (Dialout and Conf) to an 800 number it is working. When I call a 212 number or a local number is says I first must dial a 1 or a 0. Do you use the settings from windows to determer the local area code?

No.

 

You must specify the correct number that the phone company will accept.

I believe the issue with a setting with the voice guide. It can dial from ISDIAG, if this helps.

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what happened.

 

When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments.

One more thing. If I use ISDIAG and try to place a call with it, local or long distance it works. The odd part is why does the system allow 800 number but not other numbers?

Hi,

 

We have reduced the number of lines from 48 to 8 so we can watch the line status change but still no luck. It does not like 7 digit numbers, pretty common in the US, and it is doing something to non-800 numbers. Any thoughts. Using Dialogic V6.

Do you have any other suggestions? We're getting really close to our deadlines and would appreciate any help.
