Hi There,

 

How do i ammend the script so to say which script is currently connected to the dialogic card?

 

It worked fine with a standard modem.

 

We updated the program with the patch for the dialogic cards and we replaced all the files. The program starts up recognising the dialogic and saying it is ready to receive calls. However how do I ammend and then place a script to the card.

 

Also is there any reason why the call is not answered? It did this ok with the crative modem.

 

We have a standard edition for one line, however if this is successfull we will buy the more expensive 4 line edition.

Have you copied the config.xml in the data folder, if so open this files, you should see every channel and the script you want to use.
