gamarule Report post Posted 03/09/2006 07:25 PM can somebody help me im new at this program but it seens like a nice choice for the price, i have test it and i just need to be able to dial a phone list and playback a wav file i have been able to do it but it takes a long time to dial the next # i have test it by dialing to my self, and after playing the wav file i hang up, but on the vg window it says still "playing introduction message" even after i hang up my phone, then after maybe 10 minutes dials the next number. can this be done faster, please help. thanks Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/09/2006 08:42 PM Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what happened. When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the calls. You can enable the automatic saving of the logs to files in \log\ directory as well. When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments. Share this post Link to post
