lytzivel Report post Posted 03/09/2006 11:24 PM I had VG ver 5.2 running on a windows XP, and it wokred fine - got a virus and killed it and started having problems with VG something about the registration was not valid for this product, but it wasn't the error 7. So i unistalled and reinstalled and now all i get is the "runtime error 7" when i try to run voiceguide. I have rebooted and reinstalled numerous times with no sucess. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/09/2006 11:47 PM Maybe the virus modified some of the DLLs and OCX's which VG is using ?... Can you just re-install Windows? Also please try with the latest version available from our WWW. Share this post Link to post
