SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/10/2006 10:04 PM You would need to specify any prefixes etc that need to be dialed when specifying the number itself. How are you specifying the numbers to be called? Is it a "Dial and Conference" generated call or are you loading numbers using the Telephone Number loader? The Telephone Number loader gives you an option of specifying a prefix. Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/10/2006 10:23 PM I see, so some of the lines require a prefix and some do not... Right now the only thing you can do is to specify on which lines the call can be made, using the "LineSelection" option field, and specify the number appropriately depending on which lines the call can be made. Specifying a different prefix for each line which is then to be added before the dialed number is not supported at this stage.
