Dialogic Not Detected.

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I was testing 'VG for dialogic' on Dialogic D21/D succussfully for a week on January'06 (OS: WinXP SP2), then I didn't use for a month. Now when I tried to use it, Dialogic Configuration Manager (DCM) couldn't start the Dialogic board though it detected. I found yellow mark on Dialogic Driver in device manager. I tried to reinstall Dialogic Driver but no luck. Then I formatted HDD and install Win2000 SP4. This time everything went well ~ Dialogic SR5.1.1 with SP1with TAPI driver and Global Call, Dialogic WAV Driver, IRQ 7, Memory address 'd0000', DCM successfully started the board, except any sample program or VG could not be started. All programs says one of the messeges 'board cannot be detected', 'check if Dialogic board is started' and 'error detecting card' etc. I even reformatted disk and reinstall WinXP SP2, but I am having same problem. Please help me!!! if you have any idea or experience why I am having this problem with Dialogic. Even 'Universal Dialogic Diagnostic' pass all tests. HELP ME!!!

Hum

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is happening.

When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option, then enable the automatic saving of the logs to files in \log\ directory as well.

Restart VG.

Please post all traces from VG's \log\ subdirectory.

When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments.

If Dialogic's own sample programs don't work then you should really first contact your Dialogic supplier to advise them that you cannot get the hardware which they supplied working.
