Best License Type

I need your help to choose the best license from list. I have E1 (30 lines) and dialogic card D/300JCT-E1. I need to know which license type I should take. In the near future I have to add another E1 line.

 

My solution based on recieving calls and sending faxes sending mails.

Please advice

If you do not need to make outbound calls then you will just need the Enterprise license.

 

If your system will be making outbound calls then you should get the Enterprise+Dialer license.

What is your proposal for Dialogic cards, specially if I go for Enterprise+Dialer plan?

In the near future I have to add another E1 line.

Look at D/600JCT-2E1 or DMV600B.

Both of these can accept two E1 lines.

 

You can have more the one Dialogic card in system, so using two D/300JCT's is also an option.

 

A DMV1200B can control up to four E1 lines.
