SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/21/2006 11:37 PM Looks like your modem is not a voice modem, or the drivers installed for it are not 'voice' drivers... You should contact the modem manufacturer to see if this modem is a voice modem and to establish what are the correct drivers for it. It may be easier to just get another modem.
