SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/23/2006 01:53 PM Use VoiceGuide for Dialogic. Do not even install Dialogic's TAPI/Wave drivers. Uninstall everything and then follow instructions in the VoiceGuide for Dialogic's readme.txt file. Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/23/2006 09:41 PM I have seen error messages in log file (attached). Stop VG, then delete OutrDialQue.mdb file in VG's \data\ subdirectory then restart VG. After hang up, call continues in line. Maybe the disconnect tone detection is not set right? see: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/html/Disc...ctionDetect.htm Share this post Link to post
