SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/23/2006 09:45 PM ERROR 6.0.3081 dial DbFindDueCall Stop VG, then delete OutrDialQue.mdb file in VG's \data\ subdirectory then restart VG. Does the system detect hangup if call is ended when the announcement is not playing? Maybe the disconnect tone detection is not set right? see: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/html/Disc...ctionDetect.htm Share this post Link to post

On the other hand, i have seen ConfigLine.xml where some tomes are defined, do i have tones of my system in this file? thanks Share this post Link to post
amolinero Report post Posted 03/24/2006 12:46 PM Sorry for so many replies (time zone...). I have recorded a call, you can find it attached. I have same problem with hung-up calls in talker32 (but i think in vg for Dialogic is not used tapi, right?). The PBX is Nortel Meridian. thanks! disconnect.zip Share this post Link to post
