Vg As A Predictive Dialer

We would like to use vg as a power dialer and a predictive dialer. Currently we do not have a PBX. What is the best way to do this? Should we consider asterisk or some soft pbx/voip gateway? Thank you.

The easiest way is to have agents dial into VoiceGuide on one set of lines while VoiceGuide would be dialing out on another set of lines and connecting the calls and agents available at the time together.

 

The choice of outgoing lines is up to you. If you want VoIP lines then many people use Vonage etc.

 

Agents would dial into the system via the office PBX, but they could dial in remotely as well.
