Setting Default Script

Hi,

 

I have a problem with changing the script assigned to the phone line.

 

It keeps defaulting to the Credit Card payment example.

 

The vg.ini indicates in [CTMedia] that the script file I want is the default.

 

So, how do you set the script to associate with the particular phone line?

In VoiceGuide for Dialogic the default scripts for each line are set in Config.xml file (see Vg's \data\ subdirectory).

 

You need to edit Config.xml to make it match the Dialogic card you're using as well. The default Config.xml comes configured for 4 line analog card - but there are other sample Config.xml files provided in the VG for Dialogic download.
