We can get the Dialogic cards and the Voice guide software to dial out and bring a 3rd party on the phone. We can hear the 3rd party but they cannot hear us.

Which version of VoiceGuide are you using?

 

Which Dialogic card are you using?

 

What type of transfer are you doing?

 

 

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what happened.

When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.

You can enable the automatic saving of the logs to files in \log\ directory as well.

When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments.

If doing "Dial and Conference" type transfers when using T1/E1 cards then try using monitored and/or announced and see if you get better results with those transfer types.
