There are two issue we are facing with this: 1: First it take some user directly to there voice mail. It just don't ring at user phone and later user gets voice mail. 2: If it rings it don't trigger and it waits to listen some voice from user. And that voice has to be lound and clear. So it looks like some mobiles have calls diverted to voicemail when busy or turned off etc... this is fairly common... 2: If it rings it don't trigger and it waits to listen some voice from user. And that voice has to be lound and clear. Reliability of detecting when user has answered call and whether the call is answered by human or answering machine would depend on line quality. Many mobile networks have poorer line quality then landlines, and this affects detection reliability... Share this post Link to post
