For example, I want voiceguide to call a bunch of telephone numbers, and if voiceguide find out there is a live person on the other end, i want it to either: 1. transfer the call to a live representative or 2. record the number and pass it off to a rep. in the office to call out again is this possible with voiceguide? i will be using with d/240cjt-t1 card in our office, with the card connected to its own separate t1. so i guess the card might need to call back out to the office to transfer a phone call (by conferencing the dialed # and the office) Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/04/2006 10:32 PM Yes it can and what you describe is quite a common application. Just use a "Dial and Conference" option to connect the outgoing call with an agent. Another option is to have the agents permanently connected in and any connected calls are sent directly to them - this saves on the time it would take for the system to dial out to the agent and the agent to pick up the phone...
