hello Support,

 

I made a script which is asking to choose the language.

I configure the script that if the caller press 1 then the script is going to module 1 (Dutch) and if the caller press 2 it is going to module 2 (English).

 

If the script went to english the caller must press a key and then the script is going to mailbox 0001 and then the caller can record a message. You can hear every voice files in the english language.

 

If the caller press 1 to record a message I configue the script to go to mailbox 0002. I copy the VmLm.vgs script and named it as VmLmDutch.vgs. If the caller press a specified key it is calling this script.

 

Question:

 

(I record the voicefiles allready) but how can I configure the script to play the dutch voice files when the caller choose for the dutch language?

Must I leave the VmLm.vgs file and change somethings in the vbs modules?

I looked at the log file and I see that the script is calling the VmLmDutch.vgs script and after that it is playing the VmbAccessInvalidVmbId.wav

 

How can I configure the script to go to mailbox 002 and play Dutch files?
