Guest Christopher Spencer Report post Posted 04/18/2006 01:52 AM I own a Mitel SX50 and would like to add auto-attendant and voicemail. It is a very simple function for a 4 line 26 room motel. I do not want to get fancy. Is this VoiceGuide going to do this and if so which cheap ISA dialogic card do you think works best with the best quality and reliability? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/18/2006 04:25 AM VoiceGuide can easily do Auto Attendants, Voicemail and similar applications. what you describe below, and is used in a number of similar applications already. ISA Dialogic card is fine. Please see our WWW from where you can download the fully working evaluation version of the software. The demonstrations supplied will get you running in a matter of minutes. If you want the system to be able to tell from which room the call was transferred (on busy etc), or which room is calling the system you should be using a Dialogic card which has the PBX integration built into it - like the D/42JCT (see: http://www.intel.com/network/csp/products/7955web.htm) Share this post Link to post
