English Or Chinese

Hello,

 

Can someone help me with this problem?

I downloaded the voiceguide software to test it. I tested the software and I noticed that you can hear only the english language. Is there an example how to configure the system to make the user have the choise to select the english or the chinese language?

 

I started witH a PLAY MESSAGE MODULE (the user can select 1 or 2 for the language)

If the user press 1 the system is going to the default language (english) but here I have the problem when the user press 2. Which module can I use here??

 

I am looking forward for someone who can help me.

We have many chinese people which want to report their problems and I make the choise to use voiceguide. If this can be done to play chinese and english this will be great.

but it is not so easy to implement. Maybe a little help can make me do it.

 

I want to use one of the mailbox (0002) where the chinese reports can be stored

and mailbox (0001) where the english reports can be stored.

 

How many work do I have to implement this mailbox (0002) with the chinese sound files?

 

Can someone help me please?

Is there someone on your forum maybe who has allready implement a script using this method?:

To select a different set of system files to be used for the current call, the path pointing to the new system directory current for this call needs to be written to the $RV[DIRSYSTEMVOICE] Result Variable.

Before sending caller to mailbox 0002 just set that RV to point to the system directory which contains the Chinese versions of the System Sound Files.

I have similar problem with the Speak number module - Chinese and English. I am trying to write a Vb code for the algorithm to say the Chinese number correctly. Maybe we should cooperate.
