SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/25/2006 03:37 PM From our notes here I understand that your setup requires a T1 ISDN link to the phone company as well as a T1 link to the PBX. You should look at getting an IP Office 406 model, with the T1 PRI module. The salesperson should know the part number etc for the T1 PRI module... The Dialogic card should be the D/480JCT or a DMV600B (DMV is more expensive). Share this post Link to post
Guest Adam at Acer Report post Posted 04/25/2006 08:37 PM Adam, One potential vendor quoted me on a NEC Electra Elite IPK Cabinet...it has 8 card slots. In addition, a PRI card, and something they described as a needed "CSU" (customer service unit) card for the PRI/ T1 connection. Then, they were using anaolog cards, one 8 port, and six 4 port cards for a total of 12 cards which would connect to 6 digital phones they were quoting me. All of this including installation and wiring was $8,000. This company is called Atel and the person Im dealing Tom at 619 274 0727. They will be the ones purchasing the VG software potentially and wrapping it up in the lease for us. There is another company Im going to talk with and get another quote who will do the same. Can you talk later this afternoon around 5pm pst? Adam 858 866 4260 or 858 583 6130 Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/26/2006 12:21 AM Pretty much any modern PBX which can support a T1 line is fine. Will arrange for someone to contact you. Share this post Link to post
