Guest maddog Report post Posted 04/27/2006 07:57 AM We have a dialogic D/300JCT card in a Win 2003 server. We installed Intel Dialogic SR6.01 and the card is recognized and passes tests. When we start VG, the config wizard asks us to choose a line device from the following choices: RAS PPPoE Lin0000 RAS VPN Line 0 WAN Miniport (L2TP) IPCONF LINE L323 Line ...when we press "Add", Advanced, Add..., we see no choices in the "Add Provider" dialog. (No "Dialogic Generation 2 Service Provider for NT"). We have restarted the computer. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/27/2006 08:21 AM You should be using VG for Dialogic, not v5.x of VG. Read the readme.txt contained in VG for Dialogic for install instructions (you may need to re-install the v5.x of VG itself to get the right format sound files). I take it that your E1 line ISDN? Are you able to receive calls when using ISDIAG? Note that is using "Server" version of Windows you will not be able to use the inexpensive AT&T TTS, so you may want to just use XP Pro...
