Vg Just Stopped Working

About a week ago VG just stopped working for reason whatsoever. We run the machine back a couple of weeks and its still not happy. Its odd cause its been running fine for a year or so and nothing has been done to that machine at all.

 

One interesting fact is that the machine locks solid when it answers the call, and unfreezes after the call (where nothing happens) is hung up.

Trace shows the TAPI driver are returning an error when "Line Answer" is command is issued to them:

I'd try re-installing the TAPI drivers...
